Terms of Service

The service
7alos hosts, operates and improves AI agents for you on a subscription basis. We provide a managed service, not a software licence.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We do not offer the service to residents of the United States, Israel, or countries subject to comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the occupied regions of Ukraine). We may refuse or cancel any order that violates this.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep console and API credentials secure.
Plans, pricing and billing
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Committed terms (3 or 12 months) are billed up front and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe rights, to send spam, or for prohibited or high-risk purposes. You are responsible for the content and actions of your agents.
AI outputs and your responsibility
The service uses large language models and other artificial intelligence that are probabilistic and can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misleading output ('AI Output'). AI Output is not professional, legal, financial, accounting or medical advice. You must review and validate all AI Output before relying on it, and you are solely responsible for your use of AI Output and for any decision, action, content or communication made through your agents.
Assumption of risk
You understand and accept that AI systems can err, hallucinate, misclassify, omit information or fail, and that outputs may not be suitable for your purpose. You assume all risk arising from your use of the service and of AI Output, and you are responsible for maintaining human oversight appropriate to your use case.
No warranty
The service and AI Output are provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE', without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that AI Output will be accurate or fit for any purpose.
Intellectual property
You own your data and the outputs you generate. We own the platform, the orchestration and the know-how. We may use aggregated, de-identified telemetry to operate and improve the service.
Availability and support
We target the uptime stated in your plan. Pro and Business engagements may include a signed SLA. Support is provided per your plan.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless MH8 LLC and its members, officers, employees and suppliers from and against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, your content, your AI Output, or your breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of MH8 LLC arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or USD 0 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of model providers, networks, cloud infrastructure or third-party services.
Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment or legal requirements.
Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive venue, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Severability and no waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Mandatory law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law (for example, certain consumer rights in the EU, UK or Colombia).
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
