Who we are

Data we collect
Account data (name, email, organisation); billing data handled by our payment processor; the content you and your agents process on the service; and operational telemetry (logs, latency, errors).
How we use it
To provide and operate the service, process payments, monitor reliability, deliver support and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service (GDPR Art. 6).
Sub-processors
We use vetted providers including Cloudflare (edge and security), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments) and model providers. A current list is available on request.
International transfers and hosting
Data may be processed in the EU (Germany), the United States, Colombia and Panama. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and security obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection and restriction. Contact us to exercise them.
Cookies
The marketing site uses no cookies or trackers. The client app uses strictly necessary authentication cookies.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, per-agent isolation and auditable action logs.
