Refunds & Cancellation

Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current paid month. We do not refund partial months except where required by law.
Committed terms
3- and 12-month commitments are billed up front at a discount and are non-refundable once the term begins, except where required by law.
Pro and Business
Pro requires a three-month minimum. Business engagements are governed by the signed proposal.
EU/UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin the service immediately, you acknowledge that you lose that right once the service is fully performed.
Failed payments
If a payment fails or is reversed we may suspend the service; we reactivate it once the balance is settled.
