Terms of Service

The service
7alos hosts, operates and improves AI agents for you on a subscription basis. We provide a managed service, not a software licence.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We do not offer the service to residents of the United States, Israel, or countries subject to comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the occupied regions of Ukraine). We may refuse or cancel any order that violates this.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep console and API credentials secure.
Plans, pricing and billing
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Committed terms (3 or 12 months) are billed up front and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe rights, to send spam, or for prohibited or high-risk purposes. You are responsible for the content and actions of your agents.
Intellectual property
You own your data and the outputs you generate. We own the platform, the orchestration and the know-how. We may use aggregated, de-identified telemetry to operate and improve the service.
Availability and support
We target the uptime stated in your plan. Pro and Business engagements may include a signed SLA. Support is provided per your plan.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment or legal requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [MH8 LLC state], USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and venue lies in that state.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
